?? beginners guide to skincare ??
• gentle and hydrating cleanser (non-stripping)
• chemical exfoliant (my favorite is the mandelic acid exfoliant from youth to the people)
• a good moisturizer for your skin type (oily/combo may like the inkey list omega water cream or summer fridays oil free moisturizer, dry skin types may like glossier after baume or typology 9 ingredient moisturizer (both are good options for sensitive skin too) normal skin types can pretty much get away with anything)
• finish off sunscreen!! i have a few videos sharing my favorites (sensitive skin should use mineral spf)
