Umm how long it need to take that im skinny i do that yesterday and like miniute ago:) and do that really work?
I'm gonna do this for 2 weeks! (I forgot to track day 1 yesterday)

Eating lean meats (beef, lamb, veal, pork, kangaroo, and lean lower salt sausages) and foods with whole wheat (barley, brown rice, buckwheat, whole wheat bread, pasta or crackers) all help with losing weight along with vegetables and fruits!
At least, it helps with kids– So, don't take my word for it if you're an adult
