    25th October- I only did one set because I'm so tired today but I'll do it 3 times from now on. the jumping jacks are killing me
    26th October- I finally did the 3 sets and I'm sweating so much. in the last 2 sets the squad things were killing me

  4. I’m starting doing it today I’m hoping it will help me. Does anybody have any tips on what I should eat? I know that exercise and foods are both important.

  5. Eating lean meats (beef, lamb, veal, pork, kangaroo, and lean lower salt sausages) and foods with whole wheat (barley, brown rice, buckwheat, whole wheat bread, pasta or crackers) all help with losing weight along with vegetables and fruits!

    At least, it helps with kids– So, don't take my word for it if you're an adult
