  1. And here's the thing. Exercise, rest and good diet are also the big three for taking care of the skin. No one talks about it but it's true. Aesthetic fitness.

  3. When I noticed that a nearby park was not well maintained I began picking up the trash every day. Then I started trimming the shrubbery when I do my own. The park has looked great for three years now and our neighbors are pleased. About a year ago my next door neighbor injured his back and was looking for a gardener. I told him I'll just slide over and take care of his yard too.
    I may be in a little over my head as I'm heading towards 70, but I sure don't need a gym membership.

  4. Fitness? We've got a shot for that.
    Immune system? We've got a shot for that.
    Emotional? We've got a shot for that, too.
    Spiritual? We've got THE shot for that.
